Choose your AMA cup size based on: age, cervix depth, and lifestyle (pelvic floor strength) .
The capacity of the cup is NOT a parameter that must be considered to choose the correct size.
Regular size: recommended for people under 35 years of age or who have not had a childbirth.
Large size: recommended for people over 35 years of age or who have had a childbirth and/or their pelvic floor has lost strength over time
